VIP French Nannies Terms and Conditions
VIP French Nannies terms and conditions are between the Client and VIP French Nannies. The Client is subject to these terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions are accepted by the Client.
1. The Client shall complete the online registration form in order to be accepted as a Client. The online registration form confirms registration and acceptance of VIP French Nannies terms and conditions.
If the Client did not complete the online registration form, the introduction of candidates to the Client confirms registration and acceptance of VIP French Nannies terms and conditions.
2. The Client shall inform VIP French Nannies when a job offer is made and accepted by the candidate.
3. An Introduction fee shall be paid by the Client according to VIP French Nannies Introduction fees, if the candidate introduced by VIP French Nannies accepts an employment from the Client.
4. The Introduction fee shall be payable whether the placement of a candidate is Permanent or Temporary.
The Client shall pay VIP French Nannies Introduction fee in full within seven days of the invoice date.
VIP French Nannies Introduction fees are non-refundable. When a placement is confirmed, an invoice is made and must be paid within seven days. For the replacement guarantee, this delay shall be respected.
5. VIP French Nannies does not employ the candidate directly or indirectly. The candidate is employed directly by the Client.
The Client is responsible for the employment of the candidate. VIP French Nannies is not responsible for the Client and Candidate's employment contract.
The Client shall be responsible for obtaining work permits and medical examinations or medical history of the candidate.
The Client shall be responsible for the candidate's salary. The Client is responsible for the candidate's National Insurance and Tax contributions from the candidate's salary.
The Client is solely responsible that the Candidate can work in the Client's country.
6. VIP French Nannies does not guarantee the reliability and honesty of the candidate introduced to the Client.
VIP French Nannies is not responsible for any mistakes in the application of the candidate, as they are provided directly by the candidate.
The Client should ask references and check references, documents, childcare qualifications or driving certifications of the candidate introduced by VIP French Nannies, before hiring the candidate.
VIP French Nannies is not responsible for any loss, even if such act is negligent or fraudulent, from any act of the candidate introduced by VIP French Nannies.
7. The replacement guarantee works if the Client has paid the Introduction fee to VIP French Nannies.
8. If the candidate leaves the employment within eight weeks from the date of the beginning of employment, VIP French Nannies gives one free replacement only, unless the Client's requirements have changed.
VIP French Nannies offers one free replacement, if the Client has paid the full Introduction fee within seven days from the invoice date, if the Client has notified the VIP French Nannies about the end of employment within seven days, if the Client has not changed the employment conditions. If the profiles are not acceptable to the Client, VIP French Nannies does not have to offer a replacement.
If the Client finds another candidate via another way, VIP French Nannies will not offer any replacements.
9. A Permanent placement is a placement of more than three consecutive months.
A Temporary placement is a placement of less than three consecutive months.
The Introduction fees are non-refundable.
10. If a Temporary placement becomes a Permanent placement, the full Permanent placement Introduction fee shall be payable. The replacement of a candidate shall apply.
If a Temporary placement is extended, VIP French Nannies will recalculate the amount due and issue a new invoice. The new invoice shall be due within seven days of the date of the invoice.
11. If prior to begin the employment of a candidate, the Client withdraws or cancels the employment, 25% of the Introduction fee shall be payable by the client to VIP French Nannies. Payment shall be paid within seven days from the date of invoice.
If the Client cancels the confirmed booking during candidate's employment, the paid Introduction fees are non-refundable.
12. The payment for the Introduction fee can be made in cheque, bank transfer.
